FAQs

As a home baker, I cannot guarantee that trace amounts of allergens, such as peanuts, tree nuts, gluten etc. will not be present in the product. 

Cookies will drop at 10am EST on Mondays and orders will close Wednesday of that week at 10pm EST, or until sold out.

Cookies will be available for pickup on Saturdays, the week your order was placed. Pickup locations will change weekly. I will publish those on my socials as well as the website. 

Orders for shipment will be sent out Thursday the same week you place your order. Shipping will take 2-3 business days. With the weather getting warmer please keep an eye out for when your order will be delivered via your USPS tracking number. product may begin to melt if left outside for too long. Boxes are lined with reflective bubble wrap to help minimize this.

Cookies will last at room temperature for up to 7 days, 3 weeks in the fridge, or 3 months in the freezer. For orders that are shipped, please remember to calculate shipping time into your storage time frame. Cookies hold up incredibly well in the fridge and freezer!
